Return Policy

ChurchMerch use a third party print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced upon order. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if ‘you’ ordered the wrong size, color, or simply have changed your mind.
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing defect, ChurchMerch will represent your case back to the print-on-demand company. Whilst all efforts will be made by ChurchMerch to rectify a complaint, there is no guarantee of resolution in every case.

Delivery Time

Standard:
  • ChurchMerch Garments are shipped from a variety of print shops world wide. You should expect your order within a minimum of 5-30 days. If by case your garment is internationally shipped (which will be determined by the fulfilment facility), you should expect your order in a minimum of 30 days.

Shipping

Cost & Fulfillment:
  • ChurchMerch uses a Third Party print-on-demand company called Printify which has over 100+ fulfilment facilities. When a customer places an order, it will route the product fulfilment to the most local fulfilment centre that has the garments in stock. Trying to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible. This can range between 4.25 US to 21.95 USD depending on the customers location. We are doing our best to keep costs as minimum, however this will vary on a case by case basis.
